Returns Policy 

We’re so confident you’ll LOVE your results with Love Ur Curls that we proudly back our products with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact our Curl Concierge team within 30 days of your purchase date to start your refund or store credit request.

If you prefer a store credit instead, we’ve got you covered. Store credits never expire and can be used toward any future purchase.


Refunds include the original product purchase price plus any applicable taxes paid. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, as those fees are paid directly to the carrier. If you choose a refund instead of store credit, you will be responsible for the cost to return the products to our distribution centre in Toronto, Canada. You may use any shipping carrier of your choice, but a tracking number is required. If you choose store credit, we will include the full original amount paid, including shipping charges.

Shipping Policy

FREE Standard Shipping on all USA orders $75+. For orders below $75, shipping rates vary by region and will be determined at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and will be delivered within 3-7 business days.

RETURN TO SENDER

Customer Error

Before placing your order, please double check that your shipping address is correct and deliverable. We know mistakes happen, which is why we offer a 2-hour window to make changes after your order is placed. Simply follow the self-serve instructions included in your order confirmation email.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the cost to reship the package.

Carrier Error

If your package is returned or delayed due to a carrier issue, Love Ur Curls will gladly cover the cost to reship your order within Canada and the contiguous United States. If you believe there’s been an issue with your delivery, please reach out to our Curl Concierge team, we’re always happy to help.

Delivered But Not Delivered

We wish every delivery went perfectly, but we know that occasionally packages can go missing or be marked as delivered a little early.

Before reaching out, we recommend:

• Double checking that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct
• Waiting 24 hours in case the package was prematurely marked as delivered
• Checking with neighbors, concierge, or building management to see if the package was received on your behalf

International Shipping Terms

All international orders (outside of Canada and the United States) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees once the package arrives in the destination country. Please note that these charges are set by your local customs authority or carrier and are not collected by Love Ur Curls.

All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid), meaning local duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the prices shown on our website or at checkout. If you are shopping internationally, we recommend reviewing your country’s import policies before placing your order.

By placing an international order with us, you authorize Love Ur Curls or our shipping partners to facilitate delivery to your destination country. You also acknowledge that your shipment may be subject to customs clearance, duties, and import taxes upon arrival. Payment of these charges may be required before your order can be released by customs.
