Rub a dime-size amount between your palms, then work it through the mid-shaft to ends of damp or dry hair. Add more as needed based on your hair’s density and damage level. You can apply it before styling for deep repair or after styling to maintain your hair between washes. For best results, use nightly.

Focus on the ends: Apply to the last 2–3 inches of your hair—this is where split ends are most likely to form.

Use a small amount: A little goes a long way. Avoid overapplying, as too much product can weigh your hair down.

Apply as needed: Use a few times a week, or daily if your ends are feeling especially dry or fragile.

Don’t skip the trim: No product can replace a good cut. Regular trims help prevent split ends from traveling up the hair shaft—so be sure to book a maintenance trim every so often to keep your curls looking their best.
