Baby Head-to-Toe:
Pump a small amount into your hand or washcloth. Gently massage into baby’s skin or hair, lather, and rinse.

Kids 2-in-1 Shampoo + Conditioner:
Apply to wet hair, massage gently, and detangle with a curl-friendly brush or comb. Rinse thoroughly.

Kids’ Detangler + Leave-In Conditioner:
Spray generously onto wet or dry hair. Use a curl-friendly brush to work through knots gently. Scrunch hair to encourage curl or wave formation and let air dry.

Start with a clean canvas: Gently massage the formula using the pads of your fingers or washcloth from top to bottom for cleaning the skin and scalp.

Start Scalp Care Early: Use soft fingertips to massage the formula onto the scalp, and be super gentle.
Be sure to rinse thoroughly.

Apply in wet sections: Make sure the hair is damp/wet before applying your 2-In-1. Focus first on the scalp with your fingertips to gently lift buildup, then smooth the rest through the lengths.

Be Patient & Talk Through It: Explain each step and offer choices (e.g., “Do you want to hold the conditioner?” or “Should we do the back first?”). You can always sing a song, tell a story, or play their favorite playlist to keep things light.

Rinse with Lukewarm to Cool Water: Finish with cool water to help smooth the cuticle and reduce frizz.
Gently squeeze out excess water with a 100% cotton or t-shirt towel, no rough towel-drying!

Play around: Make a game of wash day, or provide some bathtime distractions for moments like detangling or styling stubborn sections.

Work in Small Sections: Divide hair into 4-6 sections and secure with clips or scrunchies.
Detangle one section at a time, this gives you more control and causes less discomfort.

Start from the Ends, Not the Roots: Always detangle from the ends upward, slowly working your way toward the roots.
This prevents tugging and breakage and keeps your child more comfortable.

Keep It Calm & Distracting: Play their favorite song, show, or story while detangling.
Let your little one hold a brush or mirror to feel involved and empowered.

Don’t Overdo It: Detangle only as often as needed. For tighter curls or protective styles, once or twice a week is often enough.
Over-manipulating curls can cause frizz or stress to the strands.

Scrunch to help style: Cup the hands and gently scrunch up towards the scalp to help encourage those curls to form and set.

Leave it in: Our Detangler is designed to work as a leave in as well, so save yourself the extra styling step and work with what you got.
