"LOVE LOVE LOVE your products, I get tons of compliments and recommend you to all my curly girls! However, the new look is horrible! As a glasses-wearer, having the different colored labels on the old packaging was SO HELPFUL when I’m half-blind in the shower and can’t read the labels without putting it right up to my face! Couldn’t read the numbers clearly but I could tell that’s a pink fuzzy blob on the label instead of a blue one, so I knew which step is which. Will have to figure out a clearer (and waterproof!) way to label these myself, as they’re now all the same color packaging…"

"I’ve been using LUS products since the very beginning! I was with you through the original hair blow dryer recall, and now rebranding, and my love has never wavered! I stopped dying, my gray hair 2 years ago, and completely stopped straightening my hair a year ago…. and the compliments I get is unreal! Who knew that just being your authentic, natural self was the best look of them all! For those, just starting out with these products, please don’t give up after your first couple tries. You have to figure out how much product you need for your hair type, how much water, the right drying process…having curly hair is like a lifelong hobby that takes practice! I find using less products than you think, micro scrunching, and definitely use gel for hold, and sleep with BOTH a silk bonnet, and a silk pillow! "I've been using LUS brand for a while and I love it so much. It's the only thing I found that really works for my hair after a forced big chop (yikes, heat damage) and only figuring out how to care for my curls in adulthood.
